    We offer secure checkout with Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

For standard airmail shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.

    Yes, we offer shipping to most countries  
  • How long does shipping take?

Our average current shipping times are 8 - 15 days.  We use local reliable postal services as it is the most economical.   Your package will be delivered to your door step.

  • How long does it take to prepare my order?
    Orders placed will be processed within 3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

My Earthy Baby does not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes.  We do however offer a FULL REFUND for faulty or damaged items which occur in very rare instances.

Did you know that 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide are produced from transporting returns every year?  Instead of returning faulty items you can contact us for a full refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.   Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?  We are sorry to hear you've received a faulty item, please send us the following information within 5 days of receipt of your order:

-  Your order number together with a copy of your order confirmation

-  Item name and color

-  Description of fault

-  Photos that show:  the fault as clearly as possible and a full length photo of the item.  Or a short video for electronics.

-  Email:  info@myearthybaby.com

Non-Delivery Policy

 In the rare instance you do not receive your order,  a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

The most common reasons for non-delivery are incorrect/insufficient address info, unable to contact recipient, unknown recipients, package refused on delivery, no-one at home to accept delivery.  

We will attempt to deliver 1-3 times. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to your local post office for 3-7 days storage.  If this happens, you are responsible for picking up your order from your local post office.  If it still remains unclaimed, it will automatically be returned to sender and we accept no responsibility if products are lost or damaged on the return to sender journey and in which case, no refund is offered.   

Incorrect or Missing Products

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched and in rare instances where incorrect products are sent or there are missing products in your order, we offer a full refund or replacement.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing selected as detailed measurements for all products are available and the onus is on you to select the correct size.  If you are unsure, please up-size and in that way baby will always fit the product you select.  Our products are shipped from all over the world and in line with our Earthy Carbon Print, it goes against our principles on saving our planet.

Cancellation of Order

If we receive your order cancellation within 24 hours and provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched by our worldwide warehouses, we will offer a full refund.
