SHIPPING

Shipping is included in your order!  As we pick and pack each order individually and send it with organic love in our branded Earthy Baby drawstring bag, the average delivery time is between 7-10 days.  (average is 7 days pending your location).  You will receive a tracking number once the package arrives in your country so that you can get ready to receive your order.

 RETURNS and REFUNDS

My Earthy Baby does not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes.  We do however offer a FULL REFUND for faulty items which occur in rare instances.  Please refer to our RETURNS AND REFUNDS policy on our website www.myearthybaby.com

Did you know that 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide are produced from transporting returns every year?  Instead of returning faulty items you can contact us for a full refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.   Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Received a Faulty Item?  We are sorry to hear you received a faulty item, please send us the following information within 7 days of receipt of your order:

-  Your order number together with a copy of your receipt

-  Item name and color

-  Photos that show:  the fault as clearly as possible and a full length photo of the item.
